JoyaGoo Spreadsheet profile of JoyaGoo: operator, fees and house rules
The company, the name change, the rule on counterfeit goods, what an order costs and what the inspection covers. Everything here is linked to JoyaGoo's own pages.
What JoyaGoo is and what it buys for you

What is JoyaGoo? A shopping agent based on a warehouse in mainland China. You give it a product link from Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688 or Weidian, or search those platforms from its own search box, and its staff place the order with the seller on your behalf. Items that come from elsewhere go through its DIY Order form.
Once the seller ships, the item is received and checked at the warehouse, photographed, and stored until you are ready to send it abroad. You then group stored items into a parcel, pick a shipping line in the estimator, pay for shipping, and the parcel leaves China.
JoyaGoo’s help centre is public: 130 articles in English, each showing when it was last modified. That makes the written scope available before payment. It is where every quote on this site comes from, and every quote is linked.
The company on the Contact Us page, and the app's seller

JoyaGoo’s Contact Us page lists the website operator as a private company registered at an address in Coventry, England (AMBERLEIGH TECH LIMITED, registered number 16952774). The same three lines appear at the end of its Terms of Service, which refer to UK law and non-exclusive jurisdiction in England and Wales.
The iOS app is published on the App Store under a different seller name. JoyaGoo does not explain the relationship and we do not guess at it. If it matters to you, the contract you accept on the website names the website operator.
For customer service JoyaGoo lists [email protected] plus a chat window on both web and app; partnership mail goes to [email protected]. Support hours are not published at all; the buying team works Beijing office hours, nine to six (UTC+8).
A new name in March 2025

JoyaGoo used to trade as JoyaBuy; at three in the afternoon, Beijing time, on 31 March 2025 the old address gave way to joyagoo.com, old product links stopped working, and accounts, order history and membership moved across.
Traces of the change are still around. Many help-centre addresses keep the earlier name in their slugs, the iOS app’s bundle identifier still uses it, and the estimator’s data identifies the site with the same older key. None of this affects an order, but it explains why a search sometimes turns up pages under a different name.

JoyaGoo's rule on counterfeit goods
JoyaGoo forbids buying counterfeit goods and says what happens if you try. Its “JoyaGoo Anti-Counterfeiting Policy” lists account suspension, including related accounts, held funds, a refusal to deliver until an item’s authenticity is confirmed, and destruction of offending goods at the buyer’s cost. Its prohibited-items list names “Counterfeit Goods and Pirated Goods”.
Separately, JoyaGoo admits its staff cannot judge whether goods sold on outside marketplaces are genuine or well made. That is a disclaimer about what its inspection can see, not permission: the prohibition stands, and complaints go to [email protected].
This site follows the same line. It lists products by type, not by brand, and does not point anyone towards copies. Read the full policy: JoyaGoo Anti-Counterfeiting Policy.
Fees in brief: what you actually pay

JoyaGoo charges no service fee for buying on your behalf. At checkout the bill is the goods plus the seller’s courier fee for getting them to the warehouse, then the international shipping when you send a parcel, plus any optional services you choose.
- Extra detail photos: 0.22 USD each, up to 20 per item (help article 951).
- Parcel photos before and after sealing: 0.75 USD per parcel.
- A rehearsal pack: the tutorial quotes 20 CNY; the dedicated service article quotes 3 USD. These are different published amounts, not a guaranteed conversion. Confirm the account charge.
- Storage: 90 days free from the day an item is stored, then 10 CNY for each further 30 days (help article 985).
- A return with no quality problem, once stored: about 0.75 USD (help article 528).
Prices on the site are converted at JoyaGoo’s own exchange rate, which sat about 12 percent above the market rate for the US dollar when we compared the two ourselves on 17 October 2026. Shipping prices themselves change by line, destination and weight. The dated estimator also itemises operation, service and sometimes customs components per parcel. Free purchasing service does not make these zero. The prominent discounted figure assumes a maximum coupon; compare the before-coupon total unless your account actually qualifies.
One basket, two payments, several possible adjustments
The first payment concerns the goods and relevant local buying costs. International shipping is paid later because the final parcel depends on which stored items you select and how they are packed. Leave room for payment or conversion charges, requested extras and applicable destination costs. A low product price or purchasing fee does not describe the entire bill.
For a jacket and shoes, compare the packed size as well as weight. Combining them may avoid repeated parcel charges, while retaining the shoe box may raise volume billing. Check whether the shipping payment is estimated and how a difference is settled. Choose the service using its actual restrictions, tracking and remedy terms; a historical delivery percentage is useful context but does not guarantee this parcel’s outcome.
Quality check photos and what they cover

Every item that reaches the warehouse gets a quality check and photos. The product page says three to seven free photos; the photo help article describes the standard set as typically three basic images. Plan on at least three, and buy detail photos if you need a close-up.
The inspection is visual and limited by design. JoyaGoo checks colour, obvious damage, stains, size and model or version number. It does not judge lighting, displays or production tolerances such as small colour or size differences, does not power on electronics, and does not check that accessories are complete.
Five days after the status turns to QC completed, the return window closes, so the photos are worth looking at the same day they arrive.
Reading the QC photos before you say yes

- Match the option. Compare colour and any print with the option you ordered, not with the seller’s main photo.
- Read the size label in the photo and compare it with the size you chose.
- If the item is laid flat with a ruler, check chest width and length against the seller’s chart in centimetres.
- Look at seams, zips and print edges in the largest photo; ask for a detail photo if something is out of frame.
- Decide within the five-day window. GL (green light) and RL (red light) describe a buyer’s assessment. They do not change a status or submit a return: use the actual return/exchange control and contact the buyer separately.
If a problem is in JoyaGoo’s inspection scope, such as visible damage or the wrong size, say so and point to the photo. For a concern outside the standard inspection scope, ask the buyer which seller remedy and evidence requirements apply.
Why JoyaGoo, and when another agent suits you better

The common ground first: with any agent, a team in China places your order, takes in the goods, photographs them and posts them on a line you choose. Prices, lines and service vary, but the basic deal is the same everywhere.
What JoyaGoo does differently: no service fee on purchases; an estimator that works while logged out, returning 28 line names across the 32 destinations we tried; a help centre that is open and dated; and, in the data behind the estimator, a delivery record for every line.
Cases where a different agent fits better: a buyer who needs a written rule for late or lost parcels will not find one at JoyaGoo, while some rivals print one. If you want delivery figures shown on the card with a stated period, JoyaGoo does not do that either. Pick the agent whose written terms match what you need.
Agents that turn up beside JoyaGoo in searches

Search for JoyaGoo and you will see other shopping agents mentioned beside it: Oopbuy, Kakobuy, Superbuy, ACBuy and Hipobuy among them. They work the same basic way, and each has its own estimator, its own lines and its own rules for delays and losses.
When you compare them, compare the written terms, not the slogans. Does the agent publish a day count for a lost parcel? Does it show delivery figures, and if so, for which period and which destination? Who is the company in its terms, and which law applies?
This site covers JoyaGoo only and does not rate the others; any comparison of them would need the same care we give JoyaGoo’s record here.
Testing an agent before a first parcel

Trusting an agent with money and a parcel is easier once you know what it writes down and then does. Before your first parcel with any agent, check five things: the operating company is named; fees are published; the estimator works without an account; claim deadlines and exclusions are written; and support answers a plain question within a day.
JoyaGoo passes four of these on paper: a named operator, published fees, an open estimator and written claim deadlines. The fifth you can test yourself by sending one of the questions on Time promises.
A limited first order can reduce the amount committed while you assess the service, though repeated small parcels can cost more to ship. Send a few light items on a line whose record and window you have read, and see how the real trip compares.
