JoyaGoo Spreadsheet help: record terms, short answers and contacts
The words we use, the answers readers ask for, and what to do when a parcel stops moving.
Words this site uses, explained

A short glossary of the terms on these pages, in the sense we use them:
- Delivery record
- The
logisticsTimelinessobject the estimator returns for each line: one delivery rate and four bins. - Delivery rate
- The single percentage in the record. JoyaGoo does not define it.
- Bin
- One of the four time ranges in the record, with a label such as “11-15” and a share such as “67.78”.
- Card window
- The Estimated Transit Time on the result card, for example 8 to 17 days.
- Line
- A shipping service in the estimator, such as US-air-F or PostNL-Z-T.
- Featured
- A badge some lines show on the result card; in the data it reads Recommend.
- QC
- Short for quality check: the warehouse looks your item over and sends you pictures of it.
- GL and RL
- Buyer shorthand for an acceptable QC result or a concern. Neither submits a return or changes a warehouse status.
- Stored
- The order status at which an item is in the warehouse and free storage starts.
Short answers to the points readers raise most

These are the questions most frequently asked about the record, answered as briefly as the facts allow.
Is the delivery rate a guarantee
No. JoyaGoo’s terms never mention it, it is not shown on the card, and its period and make-up are unknown. Treat it as a rough line-wide figure.
Why can I not see the record on JoyaGoo
The result card does not display it and the page’s code does not read it. It is only in the data the estimator returns, which you can open with your browser’s developer tools (the four steps are here).
Is the record different for my country
Not in our readings. Every line returned identical figures in every destination where it appeared.
How often is the record updated
Unknown. Two readings on 17 October 2026 matched exactly. We check every two weeks and log any change.
Which line is fastest
We do not rank lines. The record cannot support a ranking: no period, no denominator, no split by country.
My parcel is past the card window. What now
Check tracking, then contact JoyaGoo support well before 45 days from shipment, when claims close.
Is this site run by JoyaGoo
No. It is independent; links to JoyaGoo carry a campaign tag but no invite code.
When something goes wrong with a parcel

- Check tracking in your JoyaGoo account or on 17TRACK. On some routes the first scan appears only about three days after dispatch, and later scans can be 3 to 10 days apart.
- Compare where it is with the line’s card window and, in the curve viewer, its bins. The bins do not establish whether your individual parcel is progressing normally, and the last bin has no upper endpoint. Use the actual tracking event and route note to ask support a specific question.
- Contact support by chat or at [email protected] with the parcel number, and keep the reply.
- If the parcel arrives damaged, report it within the published windows and keep the packaging; the insured/uninsured claim pages set seven days from signing and an outer limit of 45 days from dispatch. Separate damage and after-sales notices have shorter reporting requirements; report a problem immediately rather than waiting for either outer limit.

Contacting JoyaGoo, and contacting us

JoyaGoo: a chat box on joyagoo.com and inside the app, [email protected] for customer service and counterfeit complaints, [email protected] for business. Buyers who want to talk to each other are sent from the footer to a Discord server named JoyaGoo.
Us: [email protected] for corrections, for a delivery figure you saw that differs from ours, or for an answer you got from JoyaGoo support about the record. We read everything and log corrections with the date.
We do not handle orders, payments or parcels and cannot contact JoyaGoo on your behalf.
Still looking for something:
Different reporting clocks need different action
The signing notices ask for visible damage to be recorded with the courier, later-discovered damage within two working days and missing items or defects within 72 hours. The after-sales article uses seven days after platform confirmation, with an outer limit of 45 days after dispatch, and also warns that assistance may be refused after three days shown as delivered. These documents have different scopes; report immediately with photos, packaging and identifiers, then ask support which procedure applies.
