How to order with JoyaGoo: the official 11-step path
Follow the Shopping Guidance article from product search to receipt. Its four interface examples are reproduced in the same step order; they illustrate the older interface, not current prices or account balances.
Shopping Guidance, in its published order
The sequence below follows JoyaGoo’s official Shopping Guidance, article 796, read 17 October 2026. Its images were uploaded in May 2025. Added notes clarify current policy scope using the same dated source pack.
Search Product
Paste the original product link into JoyaGoo, or use a product name or image. If it cannot be imported, enter the product details through DIY Order. Confirm the seller link and specifications yourself.

Choose colour, size and quantity, then add the item to the cart or use Buy Now. Match the exact option to the listing; a photo alone may represent several variants.

Official step 2: the product-options part of the original screenshot. The example price and free-photo wording are dated interface content, not a quotation for your item. Open full-size screenshot Pay for Products
Pay for the item and the seller’s Chinese domestic delivery. Review the payment method and conversion rate actually offered to your account. This is the first payment, before international freight.
JoyaGoo Purchase
The official status sequence is Order Processing → Purchased. Use the contact control beside the order if a specification or availability question needs resolving.
Seller Sends Out Item
Seller Sent means the seller has dispatched domestically. A Purchased order may still be waiting for the seller; ask the buyer to follow up rather than treating the international transit estimate as this deadline.
Warehouse Arrival & Quality Check
Stock Arrived is followed by QC Completed. Inspect the photos promptly. The separate return policy allows eligible requests within 120 hours of QC completion, subject to seller agreement and exclusions; a GL or RL comment does not file a request.
Warehouse Storage
The normal item clock is 90 free days from Stored. The storage article lists paid extensions at 10 CNY per 30 days. Submitted but unpaid parcels have a separate 30-day period; do not substitute one clock for the other.
Submit Parcel
Select the stored items, address, route and optional services. Ordinary submission charges an estimated freight amount before packing; rehearsal first establishes packed size and weight. The guidance quotes 20 CNY for rehearsal, while its dedicated article quotes 3 USD: confirm the charge shown in your account.
Use Coupon & Pay International Shipping
Check an eligible coupon against the actual shipping bill. The article says shipping coupons cannot be stacked. After packing, a shortfall may need payment and an overpayment is returned to the JoyaGoo balance through customer service.

Official step 9: the coupon-selection row only. The account balance and payment amount are omitted; the example coupon count is not an offer to this reader. Open full-size screenshot Wait for Delivery
Use tracking details in the Parcel area. Read any customs request and keep your parcel and shipping records. A quiet scan interval is not a fixed loss determination; contact support before the applicable claim deadline.
Delivered & Review
Inspect the parcel and retain evidence if something is missing or damaged. The official article also describes Apply Reward for optional social sharing; check its current eligibility before participating. Sharing is not required to report an order problem.
Placing the order and the first wait

When you order, JoyaGoo’s product page says orders are bought between nine in the morning and six in the evening, Beijing time (UTC+8). An order placed in the European evening is usually bought the next Beijing morning. At that point the bill covers two things: the goods themselves and the seller’s own delivery charge inside China.
Then the seller ships to the warehouse. JoyaGoo’s help centre says Taobao sellers usually ship within 3 to 7 days, and that a listing showing plenty of stock can still turn out to be sold out; what the seller tells JoyaGoo’s buyer decides, not the listing. The official workflow distinguishes Stock Arrived, QC Completed and Stored. The 90 free storage days start at Stored, not seller dispatch or arrival alone.
This first wait is outside the delivery record entirely. Nothing in the estimator describes it.
QC photos, returns and the five-day window

Once inspected, the item shows as QC completed and the photos appear in your account. From that moment you have five days, 120 hours, to ask for a return. After that the request is not accepted. A return needs the seller’s agreement, and the refund goes back the way you paid.
If there is nothing wrong with the item, JoyaGoo charges about 0.75 USD to handle the return. Some goods cannot be returned at all, among them custom-made items, underwear and socks, second-hand goods and anything whose packaging or tags you asked to be removed.
If you need more time to decide, ask for detail photos straight away rather than on day four. Source: Return policy.
The warehouse check is a decision point, not just waiting time
When a purchase is stored, compare its photos with the original option: label, colour, count, measurements and visible condition. Request the view that answers a real uncertainty, such as a readable tag or a particular garment measurement. A broad picture cannot prove authenticity, exact material composition or complete function.
If the item is wrong, raise the issue through its order before packing and within the relevant return conditions. Waiting for a second purchase to arrive does not automatically extend the first item’s return window. After resolving the goods, select the parcel contents and shipping service. Keeping these stages separate prevents a delivery estimate from becoming a reason to rush an unresolved product decision.
Submitting a parcel and reading the line list

When you submit stored items as a parcel, JoyaGoo shows the available shipping lines for your address. Each card gives the line name, badges such as Free Insurance or Tax Free, the price, the Estimated Transit Time and a numbered note. Two filters at the top narrow the list to lines with free insurance or with tax included.
What the card does not show is the delivery record. If two lines look similar, open the curve viewer for each and compare how their bins sit against their windows. Read the notes too: some lines dispose of parcels that cannot be delivered, and charge a fee for it, which matters more than a day or two of transit.
Whatever you choose, the decision is yours. We do not recommend shipping lines, and the record is not strong enough to do it for you.
Paying for shipping: an estimate first, the difference after

Shipping is charged on an estimate when you submit the parcel. After packing, the warehouse weighs it. A shortfall is billed to you; an overpayment goes back to your account balance through customer service. The billable weight the carrier used becomes visible in your account roughly three days after dispatch.
Billable weight is the larger of the actual weight and the volumetric weight on most lines. Several postal lines only switch to volumetric weight when one side reaches 60 cm, and EUB charges on actual weight only. Source: Estimated and Actual Billing Weight.
None of this affects the delivery record, which, as our 500, 1,000 and 2,000 g readings showed, is the same at every weight.
Before you pay for shipping: five checks

- Address format. Use the local format and a phone number the carrier can reach; failed delivery is expensive on some lines.
- The line note. Look for disposal on failed delivery, missing tracking, or a size limit. These are written per line.
- Signing. If the note asks you to sign promptly, plan to be home. A returned parcel on most lines means paying for redelivery.
- Parcel photos. At 0.75 USD they are the cheapest evidence you will ever buy if something arrives damaged.
- The record and the window. If you are working to a date, check the line in the curve viewer and allow for the bins outside the window.
A common mistake is to choose on price alone and only read the note after the parcel is stuck. The note is short; read it first.
Customs and duties in one paragraph

Duties and import taxes depend on your country, not on JoyaGoo. Some lines are marked Tax Free and include them; on others the recipient may be asked to clear customs and pay. JoyaGoo’s logistics overview says plainly that it cannot control customs taxes, and its signing notice excludes customs delays from compensation.
Customs is one possible reason tracking pauses, and the record gives no way to see how often that happens on a line. Check your country’s customs authority for current thresholds rather than any table on an agent’s site.
For customs detail line by line, read each line’s note in the estimator before you pay.
