JoyaGoo Spreadsheet readings log: when the records were pulled and what moved
Every reading, every change and every official announcement that touched delivery times, with dates.
Reading of 17 October 2026

Logged out, from a desktop browser profile, at about 03:40 Beijing time. Parcel: 30 by 20 by 10 cm, at 1,000 g for 32 destinations and at 500 g and 2,000 g for six of them. Result: 44 replies, 269 line entries, 28 line names, every entry with a delivery record.
We then filled the public form by hand in a headless browser for the United States, Germany, Australia and Canada, opened each line’s Detail panel and searched the scripts the page loaded. The record appeared in the page’s own data replies every time and on the card never.
An earlier pull the same morning covered six destinations. All 37 shared entries matched ours exactly.
Changes to these pages, dated

- 17 October 2026: site published with 13 pages, the curve viewer and the readings above.
- 17 October 2026: free-insurance lines corrected after re-checking the flag for all 28 lines (UK, European DHL and Swiss DPD lines carry it).
18 October 2026: broadened the homepage, added the official 11-step buying sequence and matching screens, clarified reporting clocks and corrected unsupported statistical inferences. The 28-line dataset is unchanged. Every later change will be listed here with its date and the page it touched. If a figure changes because JoyaGoo’s data changed, we keep the old value in this log so that nobody has to wonder whether they misread it.
Last editorial review: 18 October 2026. Delivery data remains the 17 October reading.
Official announcements with a bearing on delivery

We list each official announcement from JoyaGoo that mentions delivery times, with its date, whether or not it changes a figure here.
- 11 April 2025: US tariff policy notice, delays of 3 to 7 days for US parcels around 2 May 2025 and higher US shipping fees (notice).
- 15 January 2025: Chinese New Year notice for 28 January to 4 February 2025, slower merchant dispatch and courier interruptions (no figure).
- September 2026: JoyaGoo announced a new feature, the VIP Center; its benefits are inside the account, and nothing in it concerns delivery time.
None of these appears in the record, and the record carries no warning when a notice is active. That is worth remembering in December and around Chinese New Year.
Where JoyaGoo buyers compare notes

JoyaGoo’s footer points to exactly one place where buyers gather, its Discord server. It is the place to see whether other buyers are reporting slow parcels on a line, which is a useful cross-check on the record. Weigh what you read there: a few loud posts are not a measurement either.
A subreddit is named in the March 2025 name-change notice, but we could not open it to confirm, so we do not link it. We do not quote member counts; they change by the hour and say nothing about delivery.
If you see a pattern in community reports that the record does not show, send it to us with dates and line names.
The next reading, and what would make us rewrite a page

Estimator data goes stale quickly, so the next data review is due on 31 October 2026 with the same box and destinations. We will compare every rate and bin against today’s and list any line that changed.
Three things would make us rewrite pages rather than update numbers: JoyaGoo starting to show the record on the card; JoyaGoo publishing a definition of the rate or the bins; or the record becoming different by destination. Each would change what the record can be used for.
If the record disappears from the data altogether, the viewer will say so and these pages will be revised to match.
How a correction reaches these pages

If a figure on this site differs from what JoyaGoo shows you, email [email protected] with the line name, your destination, the date and, if you can, a copy of the logisticsTimeliness object from your browser.
We check every report against a fresh reading before changing anything, and we log the correction here with its date. We do not accept payment to change, add or remove anything on these pages.
Corrections about JoyaGoo’s policies are welcome too, with a link to the help article that shows the change.
