JoyaGoo Spreadsheet shelves: browsing finds before the shipping line matters
Sixteen shelves, one search, and the checks that decide whether a find is worth ordering. Shipping time does not show up on any product page, which is why it gets its own pages here.

Fifteen cards open a category page; “Women’s picks” opens a search for “women”, because the catalogue is organised by product type. Results lean towards outerwear at the top, so add a word such as “skirt” or “knit” if you want something narrower.
What a JoyaGoo Spreadsheet entry is, and what it is not

What is the JoyaGoo Spreadsheet on this site? A catalogue of products you can browse by category, each card leading to a product page on a Chinese marketplace that JoyaGoo can buy from. It is a shop window, not an order form: nothing is reserved, and the price you see is the seller’s price on the day the entry was made.
The entry gets you as far as a product link. From there you open JoyaGoo, put the link (or the product name) into its search box, and the item appears as a JoyaGoo order page with the seller’s current price and options. JoyaGoo’s supported platforms are Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688 and Weidian; anything else goes through its DIY Order form.
Nothing about the entry tells you how long shipping will take. That question only arrives later, when the item is in the warehouse and you choose a line, which is where the rest of this site comes in.
Checking a product page before it becomes an order

How to choose a product without regretting it two weeks later comes down to a few checks that take five minutes:
- Options and the photo match. Marketplace listings often bundle several colours under one photo. Note the exact option name, because that is what JoyaGoo’s buyer will select.
- The size chart in centimetres. Lay a favourite garment flat, take its chest and length in centimetres, and hold those numbers against the chart instead of the letter size.
- Weight and bulk. A padded jacket or boxed shoes change the parcel more than a tee does. Lighter, flatter items keep more shipping lines open.
- What JoyaGoo checks. Its inspection covers appearance only: colour, visible damage, stains, size and model. Light, display and production tolerance are outside it, so judge those from the listing.
If a listing is vague on any of these, ask the seller through JoyaGoo before paying rather than after the item is stored.
Check the purchase before comparing its possible delivery time
Select the exact option on the seller page before recording the price. Keep the size chart, material, quantity and any seller dispatch condition with the URL. A product available for immediate purchase and a pre-sale item can produce very different waits before reaching the warehouse, even if they later use the same international route.
A Spreadsheet is a directory of finds, not a stock reservation or shipping order. JoyaGoo buys the requested item and receives it before you create an international parcel. Save the seller and agent records now, then add the actual shipment details later. A route’s historical delivery record cannot tell you when an unknown seller will dispatch the product you have just found.
Reading a seller before you commit

Good sellers are easier to spot than good products. On Taobao and Tmall, check the shop’s age in years, the share of repeat buyers, and whether recent reviews mention the size running small or large. On Weidian many shops show no reviews at all, so the shop’s other listings and how it answers a question become the signal.
Two things matter specifically for an agent order. First, dispatch speed: JoyaGoo’s help centre says Taobao sellers usually ship within 3 to 7 days, and a seller that dispatches promptly reduces the pre-warehouse wait. Storage itself begins only when the item reaches the Stored status. Second, whether the shop is comfortable with an exchange inside China, because JoyaGoo’s five-day return window after QC needs the seller’s consent.
JoyaGoo’s product pages can also flag a seller for poor quality or weak after-sales service. If you see that flag on a listing, pick another shop rather than hoping the warning is out of date.
How to choose a spreadsheet site that will still be right next month

A product catalogue is only as useful as its upkeep. When you compare spreadsheet sites, including this one, ask four things. Does each figure carry the date it was read? Is a source named next to each number, or only a promise of “accuracy”? Does it admit what it does not know? And do its links still open the item they describe?
We hold ourselves to the same list. Every delivery figure on these pages carries 17 October 2026, the date we pulled it; the method is on Reading a record; the blanks are listed rather than filled with guesses; and catalogue links are opened before publication. If one breaks, tell us and it is replaced or removed.
A site that ranks shipping lines or agents with a score is worth extra suspicion. The undefined delivery record used here does not support a ranking.
Once an item is in the warehouse, the shipping line is the next decision:
